Reid Tyson, DVM, Dipl. ACVR
Dr. Tyson grew up in North Carolina and attended North Carolina State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. He completed his Diagnostic Imaging residency with Central Florida Veterinary Radiology and became a Diplomate in the American College of Veterinary Radiology in 2004. He was an Assistant Professor in Diagnostic Imaging at Oregon State University from 2005-2007. Dr. Tyson was an Assistant Professor at the VA-MD Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, Affiliate Professor at the Virginia Tech-Wake Forest Institute of Regenerative Medicine, and Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Wake Forest Institute of Regenerative Medicine from 2008-2013. Since 2013, he has done a mixture of teleradiology and mobile ultrasound imaging. He resides in Orlando, has a veterinarian spouse (classmate from veterinary school), two children, 2 dogs, a cat, and a reef tank.
